Senior Interactive Producer

We are coming to Singapore and we are looking for an awesome Senior Interactive Producer/Executive Producer to join our new team.  The ideal candidate will have at least four years experience at an interactive production company. 

THE ROLE: Working closely with business directors, creative directors and technical leads, you will engage in a project from the pitch through budgeting and scoping to execution and final delivery. You will manage the Client throughout the lifecycle of the project and bring all your experience to the table to shape the project and help craft innovative interactive projects of the highest standards.

YOU: are a digital native, experienced in overseeing concurrent interactive projects with multiple work-streams and large internal and external teams. You will possess expert Client handling skills. 

You are able to qualify innovative ideas with top-notch research and industry knowledge. You are a doer. A team player with a sense of leadership and flexible can-do attitude, you love working with creative geniuses on high profile projects and getting the job done right.

You will know Singapore like the back of your hands, and will be extrodinarially connected with suppliers, agencies and clients alike. 


Leading the Client relationship; ensuring the work meets the Client’s objectives and the Client is happy with the working relationship. The Senior Producer represents both the interests of the Client and the project team. 

Building long term client relationships that lead to repeat business

Managing and taking responsibility for the project budget and scope. 

Managing any project related escalations

Preparation of project plans, estimates and schedules

Securing financial and contractual project sign-off (SOW, CO’s and T&C’s)

Agreeing payment terms and schedules with the Client (and with UNIT9 financial team)

Risk Assessment; the evaluation and mitigation of project risk throughout the production cycle. 

Pushing the team to reach UNIT9 standards on craft and quality. 

Ensuring the team follows the UNIT9 production process. 

Delivering projects on time and budget and with quality. 

Support in the recruitment of new UNIT9 team members when required

Building relationships with external suppliers and vendors. 

Creating a positive team spirit / resolve any conflicts amongst production team members.
