Brand Consultancy Jaques Vanzo engaged UNIT9 to redesign the LoroPiana website and develop an integrated e-shop solution. Ensuring a seamless interaction between virtual and physical stores so that customers receive superior service and have an optimal experience at every touch point with the brand.

UNIT9 came in as the guardians of the user experience and the technology. To create an e-commerce presence for a luxury brand requires a bespoke hand crafted approach and a clear understanding of existing internal IT legacy systems such as stock management and CRM. Only a bespoke approach that challenged the technical limitations to meet customer expectations together with a visual attention to detail could achieve the goal and meet the exacting standards of a luxury brand.
