FNDM Executive Producer


The FNDM New Business Executive is responsible for closing potential projects and ensuring a smooth transfer from pitch to building the right production teams and providing input as needed as well as having an oversight on the pitch phases, providing input and support when required.


Main tasks

Biz Dev

-Develop, manage and nurture clients and key decision makers to build strategic, long term relationships

-Unearth commercial opportunities and generate new outbound leads through a pro-active sales approach

-Create and close new business opportunities

-Implement a client contact strategy to strategically and proactively target clients via various channels to showcase FNDM offering 

-Keep a close eye on industry trends with top-notch research and  brief management, production and creative teams


Pitch Phase 

-Bring experience and industry knowledge to the table to shape the project to help craft innovative interactive projects of the highest standard.

-Present compelling and engaging creative proposals to clients and key decision makers along with creative leads and any other necessary resources. 

-Negotiate and close deals

-Secure financial and contractual project sign-offs with Client’s and other Stakeholders (SOW, CO’s and T&C’s)

-Agree on payment terms and schedules with the Client (and with UNIT9 financial team)



-Manage and take overall responsibility for the project budget and scope. In collaboration with producers and production team members, responsible for project profitability

-Work closely with the Production team, Business directors, Creative Directors and Technical Leads,  engage in a project from the pitch through budgeting feasibility and scope through to execution and final delivery. 

-Manage existing teams and production flow ; interface with Producers who are responsible for the day-to-day communication with clients and the production of client business.

-Supervise projects from the initial brief right through final delivery. 

-Lead the Client relationship; ensuring the work meets the Client’s objectives and the Client is happy with the working relationship. Represents both the interests of the Client and the project team. 

-Create a positive team spirit / resolve any conflicts amongst production team members. Resolve any project escalations

-Risk Assessment; the evaluation and mitigation of project risk throughout the production cycle 

-Eliminate risk and help craft innovative interactive projects of the highest standard  on craft and quality. .

-Build relationships with external suppliers and vendors and share those connections with teams

-Bring calm, supportive force into project teams.
